I have placed 6 calls and 3 letters in the drop box over the past 2 months with no response. I have taken an hour bus ride to the office in order to update contact information and the door is locked or a sign saying "back after 3" but it is after 3 and someone is sitting at the reception desk but not opening. Unprofessional and using pandemic to the fullest.

DONT MOVE HERE !!!! MY BRAND NEW CAR GOT TOWED,THEY HAVE RATS ROACHES AND EVERYBODY IS COMPLAINING MAINTENANCE IS LAZY U ONLY SEE THEM WHEN HUD COMPLAINTS GO.OUT

The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional
