Negligent to maintenance requests. I requested for my apartment filter to be changed with no success. I will not beg at all ever. The leasing office has the option to collect and neglect, as I have options as well. That’s up to the leasing agents as well as the owner’s for the outcome. I refuse to act ignorantly as assumed by certain leasing agents in the office with distasteful, unprofessional, personal motive’s primarily a few women. The ladies I am referring to know exactly who they are. I expect an update or solution with in 72 hours maximum. It has already been months after I initially requested. Someone should be reading this review by the time the properties leasing office opens tomorrow or some point, 07/15/2025. Hopefully the owner comes across this review as well. If it is not pr

They will screw you out of your deposit no matter how much you try to communicate and leave your unit in good condition. The building, while new, is built with cheap materials, and overpriced. If you have any desire to enjoy looking at where you live, look elsewhere.

My husband has living here since they opened. I moved in with him after we got married and I've never felt more comfortable with where we're living. Three yrs now and Kayleigh who works in the office is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond to address any concerns you may have and she does it right away.I definitely recommend making this place home also the tenants are really nice and everyone minds their business
