We absolutely love our new home. However, we purchased the home with landscaping included. There have been many issues with the work done, including grading needing to be corrected per the city, grass not growing in, the landscapers driving over the lawn twice (destroying their own work), and grading close to the house not being done properly. The company has been terrible to work with. The staff do not return calls or provide any response as to how things will be corrected. We have been dealing with this now for nearly two months with no luck.

This is the second time we've built a house, but the first time with Newport as custom home builders. Our overall experience has been extremely positive. We can't say enough great things about the design team of Liz and Kim! They work seamlessly as the "dynamic duo" and played huge roles in both the type of home we selected and overall floor plan design. We selected the new Sloan home and made a number of changes, and we also decided to finish the lower level. Liz brought in someone to help us create a great layout. Since this was only the second time that the Sloan was built by Newport, Liz and Kim were receptive to our changes and have since included some of them in the model version to help future owners! Our experience as custom home builders with Newport has been excellent. All of our questions have been answered in a timely fashion with great detail. Liz & Kim who work as a team to support the design of the floor plan, have fun personalities that put you at ease as you make the many decisions that go into building a new home. Liz has a great eye for details & design. Kim is very professional and quick to respond to questions and concerns on pricing and availability of design elements. They made themselves available beyond normal working hours and have spent so much time supporting us in this exciting endeavor.

I am in the process of building my home with Newport! My husband and I have been pleased with Newport especially with Kim and Liz! They have listened and advised me with every step of the process! They are approachable and responsive! I have heard that building a home is stressful but in my opinion so far it has been an. Enjoyable and smooth process!

June 16,2022, Newport warranty claim people visited my house to hear my concern. They claimed siding installation instruction could have changed since 2016. I contacted LPSMARTSIDE and confirmed no changes were made to installation instructions since time home was built. Pouring concrete on siding was not acceptable then as it is not acceptable now. I appreciated the site visit and told them I am want to work with them to resolve this issue to make it right. I asked them to provide cost to fix. I sent Newport you tube video and wall detail to help them understand the issues related to pouring concrete over wood siding. Waiting to for response. My major complaint with Newport is they installed concrete step in contact with LP Snartside. They basically used the wood siding as one side of
