I was recommended this company from my father who is also a fellow veteran and I was so happy that he did because im very happy with them! They were amazing every step of the way and even found me an amazing real estate agent that went above and beyond! I have to say, working with Joe Delgado for all these months through the entire process since it was my first home has been wonderful and would work with him in the future, again! He was always so polite and so wonderful and made this process easy for me. I highly recommend this company to my fellow veterans! You won't be disappointed!

I wasn't really sure what to do. I knew rates were coming down and home prices up. I had very high interest debts that I could handle but we're preventing me from moving forward with my dreams. Or, living much at all. I contacted Newday, through Brendan Cavanaugh and his team. All I can say it was worth it. He was truly professional and genuinely helpful. I believe he cared...that's rare. They covered the upfront costs. All I did was a water test. In the end my home appraised for better than we had hoped. I paid of my truck, tractor, 10 credit cards then banked the rest. My rate is better. My payment changed by not much honestly when you consider it's my ONLY bill now. Thank you sir, thank you newday USA.

Newday is absolutely wonderful. They were very quick and thorough about our financial needs to refinancing. Colby was very informative and stayed in constant contact. He was very friendly and professional. We appreciate all that he did for us. This is a great company for veterans to go to. I highly recommend them. They also did follow ups days later to make sure everything thing is going good.

First of all, as a former veteran of 24 years in the United States Army, if I could give them 0 stars, that would be my true rating. Starting off with a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in August 29, 2024, they illegally luring veterans and military families into cash out. Refi loans. They were fined substantially. Ask Google if New Day USA is a reputable company. They have faced significant legal issues is what is printed. I got a loan through New Day USA, They spread this admiral's name like butter on everything. Trying to impress you. They do a very poor job of presentation, tracking of documents, and basically just customer service representation. Got me a very poor rate with the VA and could not do a 100 percent loan for me due to all kinds of excuses. By that time I had spent s

Something good always happens when God loves you. My experience with NewDay USA has been fantastic. I felt the care and due diligence from everyone that I came into contact. The entire process was carefully handled and looked after, impeccably. I feel so much better!
