I haven’t had no problems and I’ve been here since the end of July , no bugs , no mice , nothing .. I wish everything wasn’t so old school and they had a tenant portal of some sort

It’s a terrible place to live in! No vivas aquí por mas atractivo que parezca el precio , es un dolor de cabeza they will charge you for everything even if is not your fault! Trust me , I lived there cause I was in need. I hope to never have to come back ever again

If i could leave no stars I would in a heartbeat. Lived here for a while. You would think the landlords would have some respect for long tenants apparently not. The landlord here is rude and very very hostile. She won't have ANYTHING fixed. But loved to point out issues she is supposed to fix. Black mold? Oh no problem they'll paint right over it instead of treating it. You need your apartment repainted? Oh just in luck they'll drop your paint off give you a date they'll come then they will NEVER show up. Ended up painting it myself. Won't answer their phones and NEVER calls back. The ONLY people there who I find amazing and does a fabulous Job is a Man called Rex he will make sure you're always good to go! But this landlord very very terrible. You'd be better off living somewhere else eve

Worse place to live ever. Wish I could not select and star and just leave a review. The only benefit to living here is the schools. The people in the rental office are rude to say the least. their maintenance is all patchwork. They never update the properties on the inside. They'll do small things to the outside. I have never disliked living somewhere as much as I did there. It got to the point where I dreaded coming home. I had mold in my bathroom. It was so bad that it was growing in the grout. They painted the tub prior to us moving in and it started peeling within a month. The cabinet shelves were particle boards. My bathroom had a green sink from the 70s. All the lightening fixtures were the same as my grandmother's home. I believe it was the 60 era. My electric shorted a lot the onl

I wish I could give less than one star. All prior reviews are correct. Parking is a nightmare and assigned parking is not enforced. Cars are constantly broken into and vandalized all throughout the summer. Supposedly there are police patrols, but I have never seen them. Any renovations are surface deep. When we originally toured the apartments we were shown an updated model, but then came to find out the apartment we were moving into had not been renovated at all. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors walking up their stairs. And expect electric bills upwards of $200 in the winter. There is no insulation. I could go on. Easily the worst place I have ever lived at in this city in over a decade.
