The grounds are kept beautifully! Carolyn and Rob are truly the best Mgr./Maintenance I've ever met.

Newark Rose Garden Apartments is the best place I have lived. It is well maintained at all times with quick responses and a smile from management. I have moved out for the third time and was reassured that the door will remain open for me to return, as I am a good tenet. Thank you Carolyn and Rob for your service. Thank you Rose Garden Apartments for a wonderful, comfortable living place.

This place is very well kept and maintenance issues are addressed immediately! No one ever goes into the apartments without the tenant there and they certainly would never harm a pet, if anything they would report animal abuse. The site manager and maintenance guy are strictly friends, not that it's anyone's business. It's very sad that people that do not follow the rules and don't like the consequences of their actions would be cruel enough to post false statements about people and their character.

Im posting 1 star because a tenant there is being harassed by the site manager (who is very abusive in her deeds, and also hypocritical) and her maintenance man (her thug/boyfriend). She likes to give unnecessary "lease violations" which site fabricated "violations" to suite her liking in trying to push innocent tenants out. She likes to talk behind peoples backs but is "nice" to their faces. In short, if you live here, you'll be walking on eggshells, they'll come in and "inspect" when you're not home (and if you have a pet, they'll lock it in your bedroom with no food or water and go through your things) and justify it. They are scumbags! Our vehicles got broken into several times. So thieves also live here. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. I beg you.

Subsidized housing in Newark for individuals 55 and older. Quaint apartments that are perfect for an older person, with a restricted income. They're also smoke-free units.
