John performed our home inspection and did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood how to use some of the systems and winterize the irrigation, and the inspection was very comprehensive. You can tell it's important to him to go the extra mile to check the little things, and we feel very confident with his inspection.

Post closing, he took the time to provide us with resources we needed to make sure our home builder was meeting city requirements.
