New Vision Home Inspections

Theresa did an awesome job with our new home inspection. We were thinking of not doing a home inspection because the property is new and has a warranty, but very glad we did and was worth the investment as she uncovered some things that we definitely want addressed prior to closing and moving in!

Highly recommend! We hired Theresa at New Vision Home Inspections to check out a full stud-to-stud rehab on an older home, and she did an awesome job. Super thorough, walked us through everything she found—big and small. She really knew what to look for in renovated properties.  The report was clear, had lots of photos, and came back fast.

Theresa was very knowledgeable in inspections and very thorough and fast to respond and fair with price. She was also open to questions and didn’t mind me following her around. With this being my first home purchase I was nervous about how it all worked, and she was able to answer all my questions. She even went above and beyond and gave me advice on how to solve a few issues that came up during the inspection. She was everything I needed in my situation.

Theresa did a great job. She was very thorough. The report we got had a lot of information which was a little overwhelming at first. But when we moved in, there wasn’t any surprises because they were in the report. We will recommend New Vision Home Inspections to friends and family!
