New Timberwolf apartments 2024

Every apartment complex has its pros and cons. Pros at Timberwolf there is a flexibility of leases month to month, 6 month etc. The price for the leases are decent. Cons the water is constantly being shut off due to water pipes bursting or a major leak. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years with that said in the beginning the water issues were not that of a major issue. Maybe every 6-9month there would be an issue but this year it has been happening consistently. An issue in April then September then October and at the moment we are having another water pipe issue. So we currently have no water. My view outside of my apartment has been like this for months. With no time frame of the massive pit being covered. I suggest before applying here talk to the residents and visit the pit.

I regret to share that my experience in this apartment has been far from satisfactory. The insufficient parking is just the tip of the iceberg. My apartment has faced flooding issues twice due to the unit above, and despite my complaints, the management failed to address it effectively. I've had to personally alert maintenance, and the problem persisted after their supposed fix. Cleaning up after the neighbors' mess has become an unfortunate routine. I would advise potential residents to reconsider choosing this apartment.

It was our first place together and we lived here comfortably for a year in 2017. Any maintenance issues were quickly resolved and the staff is friendly. Now it's my niece's first place and she is comfortable here too.

I recently moved in here, and I can say that this is a huge improvement over my previous apartment complex. Very polite, and very knowledgeable management, very nice apartments for the price, very clean and well maintained laundry facilities, very quick maintenance and very professional, and a very calm and cozy environment. I was truly impressed by the management. Lluvia and Yolanda, Assistant Manager, and General Manager respectively. They are extremely polite, and helpful with anything and everything. They answer the phone as soon as possible, and if they happen to be busy, they always call you back. They also call you in case there is any sort of issue or concern that they see on their end so there isn’t any surprises last minute. Truly top notch management and people skills. Update 0

We lived here first on a studio and then on the 2 bedroom apartments on the upper buildings. We LOVED it here! Staff is always friendly and really flexible as they try their best to help you. Is a quiet community, except of course when kids are playing,which is understandable. Maintenance does repairs quick and efficiently, and they all have a very friendly attitude. The apartments are huge, well maintained and all appliances work perfectly. They are very warm during winter and cool during summer. Bottom line, I recommend this apartments 100%. Even moving out was a breeze, and they helped us out with that as well.
