Don't fall for them. I have been renting for 17 yrs and about to be homeless. This is definitely not for low income. I have zero money after rent and utilities and they could care a less. We were lied to about this program and now the older people are screwed. Wish I never got into this, I was told we would own homes in 15 yrs and now they keep raising rent. All my check goes to them and utilities. Can't even afford food and I'm not alone

you fixed property on oberlin ave so nice. now you still have the radios blaring and arguing outside at night very late. so sad. cleaned property but not rift rage crap

Not a great experience trying to connect with agency’s housing. Spoke with a staff member that would not share her name. I reached out for more information about housing availability and the application process, due to confusion on website & webpages not loading. Staff member was unable to walk through apartment housing opportunities or availability, and said to come into location and complete application. Staff member hung up on me during conversation and I could not regain contact with a physical person beyond a voicemail..

these houses are built cheaply everybody noise you can hear everything
