Working with Dani was amazing! We were first time homebuyers moving across the country to buy our first home. She took our wishlist and showed us several properties over zoom as well as the locations to give us a feel for what it would be like to live in each place. Ok so… I’ve had so much trouble with a different property management company. They had my property unrented from sep1-apr26. 8 months total… I was livid. Then, I was referred to New Native Realty because she only had good things to say about them during her experience renting and buying a home from them. I took the chance since I had nothing to lose after 9 months in the red with this property. Tim reached out the same day, as soon as I contacted them. I signed my DocuSign with him on Tues, 4/23. My previous prop manager still had keys and Tim went in person to get the keys on 4/26 because I had to pay a fee to end my contract with the previous property manager and they wouldn’t give Tim the keys until I paid and so he didn’t even get the keys until Fri, 4/26. My mother recently passed and I was left with taking care of the estate which included her house. I was overwhelmed and not sure what to do. I called Tim and Dani and they took that particular process totally off of my plate. I told them what I needed to do and what I was hoping to accomplish with the sale, and the rest was seamless.
