I went through 5 realtors before I found Jimmie Sue Lee. What a blessing from God. My wife and I were cash buyers and our budget was only 20k. The other realtors would take their time getting back to us and just came across like we were an inconvenience. Probably because there is not much commission on a 20k sale. Then I found Jimmie. She treated us like our 20k was 20 million. She was quick to answer questions, and she is VERY knowledgeable about the area she works in! She also does not hesitate to tell the truth about what is going on with a property. I told her what my plans were and showed her properties I wanted to look at. I can't say enough good about Jimmie Sue Lee and how much we loved and appreciated her. I called to tell her we wanted to perhaps sell our place. A few days later she had us a buyer. She kept me up to date, sent me all the documents to do by email and made it so easy and worry free for us, especially since we were so very sick. My husband and I were both down hard with Covid, in&out of ER's then lung and heart issues started up with us both too. We're older folks! It made Jimmie Sue have to do everything for us. She would call just to check on us almost everyday and was just so sweet and caring.
