New Manchester Flats

This is by far one of the worst apartment complexes in Richmond. You would have better luck in the projects. Dog poop still everywhere and I recently returned after I stopped working in one of the suite units in 2021. It still looks a mess no matter who is in management. There are roaches and bugs. Nail chemical smells from the salon suites spread out. Matter of fact I was put on a wait list for the suites in 2021 😂 never have I received a call back and made well more than enough. Again, I cannot reiterate how nasty this place is.

Overall great experience and process with dealing with my application and moving in . From the likes of the young guy named Coop who gave me a 10/10 tour and exceptional information . Ms.Trunita was a class act and was very helpful with getting me into my apartment as soon as possible. Also want to mention the property manager was in there as well and treated me great like I already was a resident . I would highly recommend these apartments to any one in the Richmond area looking . Also was told they was a new building opening up soon as well

Moved out 9/20 been emailing and calling about my return deposit when keys were turned in she asked for forwarding address i gave them one on my notice to vacate and again upon turning in the keys she said gotcha fast forward to November sent madsive emails and left phone calls nothing called month ago The woman I spoke to told me that it takes 30 to 45 days. I'm like it's been two months. She didn't offer to look up my account to find the information. No nothing fast-forward to two weeks ago first week of December. I called the office got someone named coo or whatever his name he told me he looked in my information and saw there was no forwarding address ever placed in, which is bullshit. I gave it twice, so meanwhile, I'm still waiting on my security deposit when when I called, no one to

The lady that does the credit applications is rude as hell! Plus they advertise lower prices and once you pay the 50 dollar application fee they state they no longer have apartments for that price! That is false advertisement and a scam! I can’t believe they get away with it! They need to get rid of the lady that does the credit applications she has no customer service skills she actually hung up on my son while he was speaking and checking on the application status! She is rude as hell
