Our team of Maddie and Matt are doing a great job of helping us get through the summer hosting events that are fun for all the latest being a block party for our residents to come and meet new people and have some fun. This event was a great success looking forward to our next event.
The staff is and has been amazing! They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Great gym and clean grounds. Secure package area is a bonus.
Decent place to live with good maintence team and amenities. However after fees you end up paying an extra $200-300/month on top of the electric bill.
A nice walkable urban vibe in the suburbs. Best cycling in the KC metro. Great coffee shop.
Details on this experience comming soon.... Update. Not good. Bought a house instead. Still have not received refund on app. After 6 months
