New Longview Apartments

I've been living here for 6 or 7 years now and have always been happy here. The front office is very nice and communicative, great amenities that are updated and new ones added, like EV charging stations. Maintenance stays on top of things with quick turnaround times on requests. Definitely recommend.

My move in was seamless. The office staff was accommodating to my needs as well as the needs of my daughter. I had no questions about what I needed to do on my end because of how well they prepared me for what to expect. They provided any and all information I needed and have continued to check in on a regular basis to ensure we are having the best experience possible. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and very quiet. We are loving our new home!

10/10 recommend living at new Longview apartments. Matt has been an incredible help in everything around the property. Maintenance has been incredible as well, always on top of things as soon as possible I have been really impressed. My neighbors are amazing and the surrounding places to visit have been our go to places since living here. I am so fortunate to be able to call this place home! This is one of the best properties that I ever stayed at if you are looking for a great place to live what a great atmosphere great neighbors and great staff. This is the place for you. The maintenance are on it at all times you never have to wait longer than a day for your request to be fulfilled. Then there is the agent faith is amazing very fun and always very helpful and and drum roll please to be best leasing agent I’ve ever run across Matthew. He is always willing to help. He is very knowledgeable. He is just an amazing assistant manager. I’m going to miss you guys. It was great being a resident.

I moved here in September. This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. I was super hesitant to try apartment living again, but I'm so glad I did. The layout feels more like a house than an apartment. Everything is kept clean. I haven't had any maintenance issues. My electric bill is a little high in the winter, partly due to cold air coming from the windows, but mostly because I'm always cold and have the heat turned up high for most peoples standards. My bill was extremely low in the warmer months. They always let us know ahead of time before maintenance needs to come in, which I'm super thankful for because I have a very nervous cat. My neighbors aren't loud during night hours either. The place is beautiful and I get some of the most beautiful views from my balcony. The staff is am
