Whole place is disgusting there’s roaches crawling all over the walls black mold all over the building there’s fleas everywhere even if you don’t have pets the owner is a BULLY!! Makes it seem like he’s better then you just because he has money will try everything in his power to evict you and STEAL money from you and make it seem like your the one trippin this place is extremely overpriced charges pet rent that is not in your lease then forces you to pay it or will evict you

When I first tried to move in I couldn't get electric because, the land lord did not renew the paper work so I had to wait for him to submit it. Also the vents had black mold no matter how much I bleached the walls the mold grew right back attracting flies. My unit was unfinished when I moved in and the oven was broke never to be fixed. I am now sick facing respiratory issues due to the abundant amount of mold that grew in my apartment. The complex used to be a school in the past and not much renovations were made. Bugs are able to squeeze in from outside, my screens were ripped to shreds flies were always getting in and roaches would come in through the vents.

I came to this building a couple days ago to see the unit for rent. It was $1000 and the ceiling had a hole in it. I saw roaches and the maintenance man told me bad things about the owner. The hallway smells like dirty mildew water smell. I saw a lot of flies in hallway. The outside makes the place looked bad as well. Stray cats everywhere and the guy that showed the apartment let me know that it wasn’t worth $1000 and I agreed. This place should be shut down

Went to see an apt for rent and the place definitely isn't worth the asking price. It smells mildew masked with a cleaning product. The trash bins were over flowing, stray cats every where, doesn't look like the photo advertised and I came back past when it was dark and there was no outside light in the parking lot, very very scary.

Clean and affordable. I have been living here for years with no issue. But I do hate Dover winters
