New Haven Senior Living Apartments

I'm a 74 year old guy hoping to move into New Haven sometime in 2026. Had an appointment and tour late 2025. Kari Holiman was the Leasing Agent who helped me. She was very friendly, extremely professional, very capably described the property and answered all my questions. We toured the buildings - a couple apartments, gym, TV room with XL theater seats, social rooms with dining/card tables, laundries, etc etc etc per their website. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. There are several grocery stores, a library, numerous inexpensive restaurants and other stores within walking distance. I plan to sell my car sometime after moving in. New Haven fronts on Aurora Avenue North. The express E bus line stops at the building, so there's quick access to downtown, Pike Place Market

Had the tour with Kari today and I was VERY impressed. The facility is very clean and in good condition, the facilities are first rate with lots of social rooms and group facilities. Upper units have great views. Good location with the bus in front and close to the freeway. I liked it all and Kari did a good job of answering all my picky little questions. I’m SOLD!

I've lived at New Haven since December 2023 and I love my apartment. I have a nice view of the Seattle skyline, the Space Needle and Mount Rainier. And there are a lot of really nice people living and working here. The management and maintenance team will go above and beyond to fix whatever needs to be attended to. Patience and kindness is the key.

Moved here for convenience: close to Metro, shopping, Bitter Lake Community Center and park. Gained so much more: new friends, new activities and a great staff - always responsive, efficient and friendly. Affordable rent, plus options for storage, parking and cable/internet.

I recently toured the New Haven Senior Apartments. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and have an uplifting spirit. James Neil toured me and I was so impressed with his energy and his focus. It felt like I mattered to him and that is the greatest compliment I can pay anyone. If you need housing and you meet the criteria, do yourself a favor and call the New Haven and the Cambridge. You will be glad you did.
