New Day has managed our rental properties for a few years now. They're always responsive, organized, and professional. Would recommend their services to other landlords.

I rented 219 E High St in Coaldale (the landlord's names are Joanna Goodell and phoebe mcilvein) for over 2 and a half years and had to deal with these people the whole time. After living there for 2 years they sent me a bill for 2 years worth of supposed accrued late fees, over $900 worth. My rent was always paid so I told them I disagreed I owed the fees. They sent me a self created spreadsheet "showing" where I was late as "proof." I never heard anything else about it until about 8-9 months later when they kept my security deposit for late fees and sent me a bill for the remaining amount after I moved out. Let's ignore the fact that I was a model tenant, no issues, cleaned the place top to bottom upon moving out, paid my rent and didn't bill them for not fixing the leak in the roof near

I recently had New Day rent my property out for me and in the process they where extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my needs. They have a great staff. Highly recommended!!

Bought a home with New day and they went beyond my expectations! Process was so easy because they helped me with everything! Even after the closing still being super helpful! Highly recommended!!!!!

Apparently if they do not work for you it is strongly against their policy to return phone calls or answer their phone even if you are looking to give them business. Very unprofessional and would not recommend in the least.
