Honestly a hidden gem! Between location to downtown and the U and specifically the red line being around the corner with a Maverik at the end of the street there’s so much accessible nearby. A huge shoutout to Chuck who is the maintenance staff and is fantastic! While the apartments are older and may not have all the bells and whistles, it is comfortable, cozy, and I can always depend on Chuck to help fix any problems!

I have lived here for four months now and love it! Tour before renting because they are small, but they are exactly what you would expect from looking online or touring. Brandon (leasing agent) was very helpful when we were getting everything set up, and Chuck (the maintenance guy) is awesome. Things usually get fixed within 24 business hours of putting in the request, if not sooner. Heating, cooling, laundry, and other amenities work as expected. Area is quiet and peaceful.

The move-in process was seamless, the manager was understanding and kind about everything. the apartment was a good price and even more so when split a few ways. The interior of all apartments were clean and functioning, and the building itself is in a wonderful and practical location in the heart of SLC. would recomend!

He broke everything down and explained all of the move in costs, including estimated utilities in a clear and easy to understand manner. He was exceptionally patient in answering all of our questions and helping to make the process as seamless as possible.
