Getting a mortgage is a process that at least for me was difficult and stressful to say the least. Mike and his office personnel helped me along this journey. He and his staff quickly responded to my questions and were always helpful, friendly, and supportive. I have no reservations in recommending Mike, his team and NAF if you are looking for a home loan in this difficult financial environment.

Mike followed through on the whole process of application, processing and approval, and helped me feel confident that everything could be accomplished in a just a few weeks. On the rare occasion he wasnt available when I called, he sent me a message explaining why immediately and followed up quickly. I work typically 8-6 and he made himself available around my schedule to answer any questions I had during the entire process. He was also present at my closing , verifying everything being explained in terms my loan documents was thorough and to my understanding. He was completely supportive from start to finish.
