Slumlords, had a guy come out over a year ago to look at the broken stove and he said that the replacement parts are no longer available because this stove has been phased out so it needed replaced and it never was, along side the dishwasher with a broken heat element, termites, and missing finish grills for the wall mounted ac unit that was promised upon move in that it would be replaced. Also served a “no cause eviction” 11 days after paying rent. Best of luck to the poor souls who are forced into the same position I was in to sign a lease with them.

I recently tried to rent a apartment from this company. Complete dump by the way . I brought in everything they asked for and the lady who was working on my paper work was totally incompetent. She literally did not want to call any of the references I had put on the application. Also talked me out of renting all together from them . She came up with every excuse not to do her job.

Absolute WORST property management I’ve ever had to deal with. I have a 10 year rental history and have never experienced anything so awful before. Slumlords and money hungry. I lived with broken, HAZARDOUS appliances for over a year. Was served a no cause eviction out of no where a week after I paid rent on time. Never rent through them. Anywhere else in Carson is better than this place.

This place is Horrible. They are legal sheisters please people, before signing a lease , read it . They charge for new locks when you move out. Very unreasonable people to talk to. My daughter lived in one of their houses and she had a Black widow infestation and she was told that they are just common house spiders. So she ended up paying for an exterminator herself. SHAME ON NEVADA PREMIER PROPERTIES. SHAME

Horrible Angela smith shows up all in a hurry 😪 this was the most rudist woman ever in real estate to busy to wait 10 minutes with my wife there I used my lunch hour to drive from carson city ford to washoe city had to stop for fuel sorry but this horrible person left knowing I was trying to find home I would say like all there reviews totally run away this place is horrid with no patience for renters obviously a hi and mighty attitude,and had a man with here causing her to hurry no time for potential renters based on these issues I would rate them negative as does all there reviews
