They do nothing. Call and report and they ignore. Called and sent photos of 1751 Sunflower Court. Told me they drive by once a month. More than a month, weeds to my waist, fence needs painting. House is a Rental property that makes it look like I live in the slums. Police have previously been there when renters shot out all the windows. Nothing done, no follow up. Asked for paint colors for house to be painted. Literally told me take a picture in the shade and match it. Houses so unkept and they do nothing. Imagine actually doing the work you’re paid to do. Worst management company ever. You buy in a beautiful neighborhood and it looks like the ghetto. Told to e-mail Danah, we tried that. Guess they are taking a year off.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company does nothing but harass the people in the communities they "manage". They had no answer as to why they think it's okay to send out letters to everyone in the neighborhood for their weeds, but the areas of the neighborhood they're responsible for (that everyone in the community pays them to upkeep) are not taken care of hardly ever. Both women I spoke to on the phone were rude and condescending, and were not of any help when I tried to ask why their areas were not being upkept on a regular basis. I think it's clearly poor management if they can't manage to keep the areas in the neighborhood they're responsible for upkept. Isn't that what the community pays them for?

They raised their monthly HOA fees without proper notification. I would think that an increase in fees would warrant a separate email and mail about the increase, but they just put a sentence about it in an attachment about their board meeting agenda - which I obviously did not pay attention to. I went almost a year paying about $40 less than the increased amount because I simply did not know that the fee had increased. I got a mail recently saying I owed almost $1,000 (half of which were in fees) and that it would go to collections. Not sure why they didn't notify me sooner. Improper notification of fee increase and no notification that the payments were short until the fees had accrued in hundreds of dollars. When i reached out to management about it, there was no empathy on their part.

It's interesting how the owner of this company seems to respond to the 5 star ratings consistently, while largely ignoring the 1 star ratings. Not acknowledging opportunities for growth in your business is a bad look, NVCM My experience with NVCM has been incredibly disappointing. When I raise legitimate concerns—like peeling and missing paint on my home, fire hazard removal, and neglected community maintenance—I’m either ignored or brushed off. Meanwhile, Chance (the property manager) never hesitates to send out bogus citations over minor things like leaving a comforter out to dry, while completely gaslighting me about actual community rules. Case in point: my teen son’s car was given a giant towing sticker after being parked in guest parking for just 20 hours, even though the posted r

As a responsible homeowner who maintains my property and pays on time, this management company has been nothing but a Predatory Community Management for profit. They invent violations out of thin air—things that were perfectly fine for a year suddenly require citations and fees. When you fix the issue, you must spend your own time documenting and notifying them, or face more penalties. Why can't they just note corrections on their next visit? It's a trap designed to extract money from compliant residents. This isn't community management; it's revenue generation at the homeowners' expense. Responsible residents deserve better than constantly defending themselves against manufactured violations and administrative omissions until they can bill you for violations you knew nothing about or f
