I have been using this service for over 10 years and Tom is absolute best at what he does. I recommend Netrealty very highly for low cost option. They have an option for a small fee they provide most needed services to get you through your real estate transaction. I really appreciate Tom helping me selling my country property in Stafford, usually they move bit slow but he advised me nicely as we moved thru the details.

Very bad experience. I was mislead to believe that I was going to be in control of my sales by owner. In the entire process I never had any meaningful time to talk with this man. He refused to make me understand what he was doing with my listing. Refused to post updates on the property or refused to adjust the price. His concern was to push for payment. Very bad business experience

Sold 2 properties this way. Basically he provided the guidance i needed to sell them & got them listed on the MLS for a bargain
