Even after reading this review, if you are considering it - I urge you to read the "Homeowner Handbook" completely and in its entirety before signing. The Handbook that I was exposed to explicitly attempts to bar owners from leaving honest reviews. They include in their Handbook a non-disparagement clause that will attempt to remove your rights to honest review (a violation of not only Google's review system, but also a violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act).
