Applied for a home with Nest in Middleton. I was really surprised at the quick response and turn around time. I was emailed quickly with paperwork to fill out and questionnaires regarding my income etc. On top of that I had a few questions on the side they were able to help me out with and I have to say, A++ and Thank You for quickly responding to my questions!!! Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to call home!!

The application process was very smooth. One of the fastest experiences I have had applying and getting accepted for a rental. Once we got settled in to our new apartment, we quickly saw how much the management company cared for their properties. Everything was in order. When it came time for various regular maintenances like the sprinkler system, or clearing gutters, they were fast to respond and quick to get the items taken care of. We had an issue with a leaking faucet and it was fixed within 24 hours. Overall, I would highly recommend renting through Nest Idaho.
