Nest Cedar Rapids

Everything was great while Stephanie was the manager, but now with this new manager, nothing is getting done. My maintenance request get ignored the dog poop bin is full to the top and overflowing. They don’t care about their tenants and they don’t get stuff done. It almost makes me think they’re laundering money if they brought Stephanie back or someone like her back things would be good but as of right now, this is going to be one of the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with.

My apartment building has been without a working boiler for the entire year. We have zero heat in our building and probably not the only ones. Stay far away from Nest properties. Make sure to contact ypur local housing inspector if this happens too you.

Stephanie property manager for Cedar Rapids. Nest, it is the best. She is great. I really like her. And I think she should run the whole and that's probably she's always on time. She's always concerned and she listens to your concerns. And she checks up on to make sure everything is done right or that you how much you need in the apartment. So I really appreciate her. Joyce is a great nest employee ! She adds great value to the company, a lot of the tenants don't speak English and she does a great job translating so that we understand what's going on. She doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure when we are moved in we understand the rules .
