They were the listing agent of the house that we bought. The lack of communication, deceit, and trying to place the blame on us or our agent was just awful! I would not recommend doing a transaction with them at all! They took all the joy and added much stress to an already stressful transaction. Buyer/Seller beware!

Jim was very friendly and approachable! He took extra time with us to answer all our questions. He was very patient as we looked at houses and took our time. She answered any and all questions I had no matter how simple or complex and was always ready to show me the next property that caught my attention. She was helpful throughout my banking process. On top of that, the other realtors at Neppl’s were willing to step up to the plate during any time she was scheduled to be unavailable.

Jim Brown is a good and honesty realtor. Makes everything feel easy and simple. I've been with him as a buyer and seller, and left impressed both times. By far the best realtor in town.
