Very safe living here been here 5 years shelby is very kind and she has worked with me on my situation when I needed to move here and she's a very good manager addreses the important things that need to be addressed and she is very reasonable and stays to herself thats what I love she's not nosey in my opinion she's the best .

Don't rent from this place if proper rule enforcement is your thing.The property manager doesn't enforce property rules! She's under blackmail from a certain tenant and only enforces rules that benefit that tenant. We were forced out because our neighbor didn't like the noise our grandkids made when they came to visit. If you are someone who has disabled plates, don't expect to have a handicap parking spot available, she doesn't enforce that either. Don't rent there!

Lived here for about two years. The old property manager sue was great. The new one Sherri is not. She’ll send weekly texts threatening to tow vehicles (I never had any issues hit parking is sparse here). She’s rarely in her office. I would go elsewhere for the price. When you’re moving out they’ll take all your deposit. If you need anything done, just skip and call corporate as they’re actually more accommodating which is unusual. Two stars for being a safe complex.

I have been here a year, Love it- Shelby the office Manager is amazing, she & the maintenance/Ben are quick to address any issues..

I love Nees Park Villa they are the best. Everyone who lives there are very friendly and Shelby in the office is wonderful.
