DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCHMUCKS!! I finally have the pleasure to not live under them as the house was sold while we were still living in it and the new owner promptly fired them. Easiest example is this. Our bathrooms didn’t have working fans or lights and they sent out their “maintenance guy” out on 2 separate occasions to fix the problem and they literally just lied to our face about what was wrong. They told us in one bathroom there was no electrical and that in the other there wasn’t even a fan to connect it to and left. New owner had his guys look at it and they got it fixed in a single day, NL just doesn’t like to spend money on repairs they prefer to charge you for literally anything including a annual $125 furnace inspection fee for doing literally nothing since you are required to

Alan was awesome! He helped fix both my front and back doors and changed the lock on the back. He was quick and efficient. Very friendly and nice!

I would enthusiastically encourage anyone to avoid renting with this company. They are quick to have you sign contracts, quick to accept your money, and then the quick turns to slow or nothing at all. We submitted work orders more than once that took many days or weeks to respond to or fix. Our rental home didn't have HVAC filters, which we then had to buy ourselves, despite paying for services & inspections that should include this. On one occasion their solution to our work order was asking us to fix a plumbing issue ourselves. On another occasion they canceled a work order for the same plumbing issue without actually visiting, inspecting, or repairing anything. They showed no real interest in solving the problem until we submitted paperwork to terminate our lease due to their negligence

I moved into one of their properties a few months ago. So far, it has been great. A couple of things needed some fixing initially, but communication was seamless. Any initial difficulties I chalked up to the previous tenant instead of management since they have been stellar and all my neighbors appear very pleased with them. Needless to say I have had an overall pleasant experience and look forward to staying with them for as long as needed.

Blake is always the maintenance technician that comes out to our house and he is AMAZING! He is friendly, funny and so helpful. We definitely appreciate him so much. Our property manager Crystal is also just as AMAZING. It’s always nice to call in chat with her on how things are going. She makes you feel like a neighbor and she does a phenomenal job at making sure we are taken care of. Thanks guys!!! Christy V
