Management was so helpful and very detailed when I asked about renting. I didn’t feel rushed. The property looked well maintained such as clean, grass was cut and there was no trash on the ground. People appeared to have a positive relationship with management, evidenced, by them speaking and smiling. Overall I received positive support in a welcoming atmosphere.

Awesome Amazing story so exciting I put my self on Naya Neneration wait list about 6 months or so prior to Elaine Joseph phone call telling me I'm next better hurry there are other people waiting to and if you don't hurry then it will be rented so I went as fast as I could l.o.l I got denied Elaine explained to me what i need to do so I complied did what she said she sent everything to fair housing it took a while for an answer back from fair housing i applied on 10/1 2025 and finally we got an answer from Elaine she said she got the denial over turned now your approved I could not believe it perfection!!!!! my move in date 12/10/2025 unbelievable Elaine is awesome she really no's how to work it I feel so greateful & I am so Thankful that it was Elaine here anyone else would not work a

A place designed for native community and for our children to grow up learning the culture. Great property manager. She is always on top of whatever may arise and interacts with residents. If I could give a 10/10 for property management I would 😁

It was challenging to find a place but Elaine went above and beyond to help my husband and I get this place we call home. We reunited with our daughter from foster care, still strong with our recovery from addiction of alcohol and drugs. Relocating was best thing and living at naya generations I would recommend to anybody just starting out.

Ongoing Negligence and Unsafe Living Conditions I’m writing to report the ongoing neglect and unsafe living conditions at this residence. There was a severe roach/rat infestation due to garbage not being picked up for weeks—almost a month. Maintenance had been consistently unresponsive and ineffective. The community slips left for residents list non-working phone numbers and fake email accounts, leaving no reliable way to reach anyone in management. In January 2025, during the ice storm, my pipes burst. Management left my son and me without assistance in the freezing cold. I was also pregnant at the time. We were fortunate to catch a ride to a shelter in Hillsboro. While we were gone, management bagged my belongings carelessly, allowing everything to rot. My baby’s Christmas gifts were
