Craig was AMAZING. We met him at an open house and actually switched realtors so that we could work with him. He was on the ball with finding houses that he knew we would like. He made phone calls, went on MANY house visits with us, and was extremely patient. He is realistic about houses, budgets, and knows what work needs to be done within a home before selling. The only reason I gave him a 4 on negotiation is because we didn't really get to see that side of him due to the nature of our buy. I am confident he would be great at it, though! As an added bonus, he's just an honestly good person! Definitely recommend.
