Ian came out and did an excellent job on an inspection for a house we are buying in Ashe County. He was very thorough, and the report provided was legible, easy to understand, and very detailed in what needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend them to anyone, just as our Realtor recommended him to us.

When looking for a home inspector, Sam reached out to me quickly and was able to help me set up an appointment with my Realtor. He even went out of his way to pick up radon test kit he was missing and come back that night to get it set up. He was able to break down concerning areas and was able to give us feedback to what repairs can and should look like. He was also able to confirm whether previous repairs were done correctly.
