My husband and I are so thrilled with Natural Element Homes! Within 6 weeks we had finalized plans with a complete project budget we could manage. This is a renovation/addition-so everything had to match! Their wood materials are all so beautiful! Our contract manager, Scott Adare, has gone above and beyond to meet our needs! (I might be a color fanatic!). They are just about finished with this project and we are totally within the original budget. We highly recommend them! We cannot imagine another company ever fulfilling our expectations at this level of quality and service!

Our desires were heard and after considering several plan options, we "tweeked" one to make it our own. Natural Element Homes offers such a great variety of floor plans, but also, so many construction and finishing options, it was really fun to make all those decisions. Plus, we were blessed with a great builder who also built our second home. Our package was delivered on time, and any time we had an issue with something or found something missing, it was quickly, and without argument, taken care of. Natural Elements is the manufacturer of beautiful log homes, small to large. They provide the materials (The logs, framing, windows, main structure of home.) You have to get a general contractor to complete the interior of home. They can generally refer a general contractor to you they have worked with before. Keep in mind when you build a log home these are custom homes even if they are smaller. You will spend roughly $200 to $240 a square foot to build the entire home, maybe more if you go with a very high-end larger model. The folks at Natural Elements Homes were great to work with and modified the plans so we could get what we wanted at the prices we had budgeted for.
