Natura Villas

I’ve lived here since February and have really enjoyed it. The grounds are always well maintained, and maintenance is quick to respond and always so helpful. I live in a first-floor unit and have never seen a roach. The front office staff made my move-in process seamless and continue to be great about providing solutions and keeping me updated whenever I need something. As for noise, my neighbors have all been considerate. Of course, it’s an apartment, so you may hear others from time to time, but it’s never been an issue for me. Overall, it feels safe, family-friendly, and a great place to call home.

Natura Villas has been my home for a few years. Like many properties there are pros and cons. I enjoy speaking with the office staff especially Angela and Sarah. They are both knowledgeable of the property and put on events that are enjoyable to residents. Thank you, Angela and Sarah, for taking the time to schedule events and listen to residents when we have complaints.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years with my girlfriend and have never really had any issues with this complex until recently. My car was wrongfully towed by the company RandM towing that they use for the complex, I was parked in an open spot like usual and my car was towed and I was given no notice until I walked out to find my car just gone. I have valid insurance and valid registration on my car but someone stole the tag of my license plate and I had no idea. Anyway they made me pay 284$ for something out of my control with no warnings, no emails, and no calls I had all of the correct documents up to date and there was no courtesy at all from them. Not everyone has almost 300$ lying around but yeah people apparently steal things off of cars and then you get towed for no reason so unfortuna

Great Halloween decorations. Nice to have events in the community. Grounds well maintained. Nice staff. Good gym. Feels safe.
