Less then zero would be appropriate for this company... Owner of company is rude... They messed up our closing figures and the transaction took 2 seperate closings... Needless to say very difficult to get transaction properly finalized. Deed never came and it has now been months since closing. When checked several weeks ago I was told the girl who handles deeds went on vacation and doesn't know when she will back nor any information about my deed. Called again weeks later about my deed ... owner yelled at me "what you need this for!?" Seriously??? Title company asks me what I need the Deed for? I said that clearly its a necessary document and she got even more upset and hung up! Stay away from them!!!
