I recently worked with this company as the title company to be able to sell my house, I had the most awful and horrible experience, they are truly the worst and don’t care about there clients or there needs to sell or how to better help you. They made our lives impossible and truly gave us continues head aches and didn’t give a dame to help us sell our house. Maria Ines de Andrade did nothing to help me sell with this horrible title company. They made me cry and if it was for them I would have never sold my house. I did sell my house but not because of them with another title company. Don’t use them there underwriter is ridiculous. Definitely a no for me.

only title company I trust in South FL. they provided excellent title searches and leave no stone unturned. granted you could find someone else that's a bit cheaper however the level of service they provide is worth the extra $ - you're not going to have any hiccups during your mortgage process.

I closed a deal with this company in November 2019 and they hold a escrow money for me. I call several times I nobody answer me. then I talked with Sr Sanchez and he told me that in one week he will send me my money. Today in September I never received the money and off course all the person in this office are on vacation. The worst services .
