I had a new Heating and Air installed and they hired these people to do the inspection of the installation. They called to set up a day to do the inspection. While talking to them they said I could call at 8:30 the day of the appointment to get a time-frame within a half hour when they would be out. I called at 8:30 on the day of my appointment to get the half hour time-frame, though all they could give me was in the morning or afternoon. They said a person would give me a call half an hour before arriving. When bringing up the problem with what they said, “we can just fail the inspection.” At which point I asked if they had any type of review of their service and they said no.

Doug lies under Oath and changes stories. He swore under oath that he entered the property through the side yard. When asked if he went through the neighbor’s flower bed extended onto our property he then changed his story (still under oath) that he went through the neighbors house. He was then asked (still under oath) how he exited the property. His response was through the neighbors house. When it was pointed out that he was visibly seen walking across our property and even approached by residence to find out who he was and to explain that we were cleaning the garage since he was on our property, he immediately sped walk to the car not willing to show identification or state who he was. It wasn’t until we later contacted the city that we found out he was their contracted code inspe

I got to say I'm very impressed with the receptionist, building drawing commissioners, and inspectors. I got to say they were very polite people! I would absolutely continue working in their area to get them business with the permits! Infact it's worth getting permits for your work.

This company is the most bogus unprofessional company I've ever seen. They're inspectors carry no ID and refuse to give identification when ask for. In fact, The company falsely identify themselves as Xenia city employees

I've used this company three time so far. In the main, I'm satisfied with the work; they have identified potentially costly repairs and saved me from making a bad decision.
