this company Natalie's canal They don't act with the truth. I transformed their house, after 7 months of practically paying rent and renovating. I received the news that I would have to change the entire air conditioning installation, I went to make an agreement with the company and they didn't want it. I can post photos of the before and how I left the place for them without even using it. So be careful, you are not the first person they have done this to. We leased a warehouse space from Natalie's Canal and I must say in our 16 months at that location we were treated so well! The property manager, Margery, was always so kind and eager to help in any way she could. We very rarely had any issues with the unit but if there was something wrong she was always ready to get it resolved as quickly as possible. They are very kind and understanding and if we were to open another business we would definitely go back. Units are well upkept. The maintenance man is also one of the most wonderful guys to work with. All around an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this warehousing to anyone looking for space!

The property manger Margery is the best! She worked with me in what I was looking for to renting on the property. She's was great in communicating with me. She's very professional, friendly, and knowlegable. She did her best to respond to any questions or concerns I had, even after the office was closed. Overall I'm very pleased with Margery and renting from the property that she manages.

I've been a tenant at Natalie's for 4 months. I love that I can trust Rick to deal with any situation professionally and promptly. I had two small maintenance issue's-- I messed up my warehouse door, and my toilet started to run--Matt fixed both issues immediately, he is the best! The rent was the best price I could find after a long search. My daughter and I run our business at Natalie's and we feel comfortable and safe knowing we can always count on Rick.
