They are extremely knowledgeable and won our confidence from the beginning They created a very relaxed friendly environment and we felt like we gained a friendship. Throughout the sale process Natalie was on the ball, professional, honest, and transparent. She was always available when we needed her and everything was done in a timely manner. Natalie and Angel did an amazing job with the sale of my home. They were extremely helpful in navigating all that goes into that intimidating process, from staging for a photo shoot that led to some fantastic pictures, to understanding contracts, and working seamlessly with buyers. There were issues that crept up along the way that were out of their control, but they did everything in their power to ensure it still went smoothly. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable real estate agents. To top it all off, they are both super nice and understanding.

Real lack of professionalism and ethics with this realty company. They came recommended by our builder to use them for both the sale and build of both homes. Utilizing the incentive enabled the builder to pay for our closing costs. I would not recommend Donna Wood or this realtor to anyone! They literally did nothing. Did not organize the showing appointments as requested by my wife and myself. We both work from home and asked Donna to confirm appointments prior and to follow up on leads. Instead, she relied on realtors to provide feedback on a portal if they felt like it. She could not handle these simple instructions and feedback. It turned into her being extremely rude, condescending and recommending we pull our listing after 14 showings in 4 days. (this is her level of professionalism

This place is a total disaster and disgraceful the way they tried to sell our property and literally DID NOTHING TO entitle them to their commission. No open houses, no showings, no follow up. Complete laziness and real attitude problem from them. Don’t give them the business bc they will literally do nothing to help you once you sign the dotted line. There’s a special place in hell for these low lives.
