no on-site management team/maintenance. the company is based in Murfreesboro. they do not check on their tenants. 2 dumpsters for the whole complex, which are always full. people who aren’t residents are always coming over to dump their trash and throwing it everywhere. trash is always on the ground. I had issues with my upstairs neighbors the day they moved in and requested to transfer to a top floor unit. Months later I finally received an email back, and I was told they wouldn’t be able to renew their lease, and I couldn’t move to the available unit, but I could break my lease early. The noise was so loud from the tenants on the top floor that my downstairs neighbors also heard them. i’ve had to call the cops twice due to the noise. 2 apartments and a cop complaining about one unit is
