I've been renting through Napolitano for 3 years now. Cheryl is seriously the sweetest and most professional person you can work with. She got me a place when I was in a time crunch and went out of her way to help. Now I have a beautiful little Hillcrest bungalow that is beyond anything I hoped to find in my price range. I've never had a less than stellar experience from repairs around the house to general interactions at their office on Coronado. I recommend them to anyone I know who wants to rent or buy in San Diego. I've never rented from a more polite, professional, and understanding group of people.

Tom Tilford under Napolitano real estate charged $6000 commission for a home he did not even list, stage or take pictures of, but merely transferred it to the lowest bidder and did no actual work on the sale of the home aside from basic transfer paperwork. There was no work and the realtor still charged. Definitely don’t recommend

Don’t waste your time with this realty! We spent about a week trying to get in contact ( they would not call back). The second week we spent looking at the house and signing contracts, after spending WEEKS out of my life, I found out the price for rent was fake!!!! The price stood at 2650$ on Zillow and when I signed everything there was they sent an email saying that it’s 2850$! FRAUD! DO NOT WASTE UR TIME! AND CHECK WHAT UR SIGNING!!!! The realtor was Shannon adams, be careful!

Everyone is friendly and they actually are a real small town staple; so rare to find anymore!
