I have been living here for two years and I pay my rent on time and wanted to be a responsible resident and report suspicious activity and homeless individuals to the management but the manager is so arrogant and unprofessional and hard to meet her and not honest with her own company . I did report vacant unit breaks ins closed to my apartment and she warned me to not report it and not called and complained her about security guard not showing and not doing their job, she got angry and called me ignorant. Dear Napoleons square owner, our manager Fuentes is not a responsible manager and not honest in her job and she will destroy your property. You will lose a lot of good residents because of her attitude and arrogant. She gives false information to the property owner because is about losing

Hello Everyone, if you're seeing this review then PLEASE save yourself. please don't come to this apartment you'll be regretting instantly. I've been reporting same problem again and again, it's more than 5 times. When I'm in middle of shower, it automatically starts to come cold water. Now you guys can image how it feel be in cold water shower. I called multiple times for same problem, they said yes we'll fix it but they never did. When I called to maintenance office, she said they had already sent someone to fix it but still I'm facing same problem. Even right now I'm writing this review in middle of shower and waiting for hot water. JUST PLEASE DON'T COME HERE IF YOU DON'T LIKE COLD WATER SHOWER DURING WINTER. THIS IS JUST WORST APARTMENT, THERE ARE TONS OF APARTMENT NEAR TO THIS ONE, G

I have lived in this community almost 4 years now my gosh the communication is so poor here. Anytime you need maintenance service for A/C. Stove, mice, roaches, mailbox etc, they are very slow at responding to your request. What is mind bothering is the level of customer service on the phone & in person. The entire office is ran by rude & masculine women who DO NOT take accountability for an error on there end & I have kept quit for all this time but finally had to speak up. Treat the residents better who are struggling to pay their rent and you’ll get better treatment in return! Phone etiquette, masculine energy, poor/miss communication has to be worked on if Napoleon wants to succeed. Please do better for the sake of Southwest Houston/Galleria 🤦‍♂️🤢

I've been here for 4yrs now. My stay here has been nothing but peaceful, quiet, and positive. What makes it that way is my wonderful apartment manager Ms. Connie. She is such a wonderful, professional, caring, and down to earth manager. She truly cares about her tenants. 11 out of 10. If you think about residing here, she is the one to go to.

Conny is an excellent and friendly manager. She takes good care of the residents and has an amazing personality/character. We just renewed our contract and she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to resident satisfaction put me at ease throughout the entire process.
