I’ve been using Vicki’s property management company for about 1.5 years and couldn’t be happier! She is kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and has a quick response time! She was able to get my property rented quickly to fantastic tenants. Vicki was so professional about the entire process compared to my prior property management company. Her system is easy to follow and I never had to worry about my rental property! Vicki and her assistant Elise really are the best and I couldn’t be more grateful for them! 😊

We rented a house from Naples Property Trust and they are amazing. Our first contact was with Vicki Dedio and she was very professional. After the initial contact we always dealt with an exceptional lady named Elise. I’m sorry but I don’t know her last name. She was always very quick to respond to a text, almost immediately. She is very professional and any problems we had she rapidly took care of, maintenance or otherwise, no matter how small. Most of all, she is very kind and went out of her way to keep communication open and even assisted us after we’d moved to be closer to school and work. We have been a tenant with Naples Trust Property Management since 2020, and have had an exceptional experience. The online portal is easy to use to make payments, report issues, and communicate with staff. We had an issue with the air conditioner on a weekend in the middle of summer, and within an hour of reporting it, a tech was on site and the problem was fixed.
