Naples Apartments

I love the coziness here!!! The one bedrooms the perfect size for me. I also really can’t say enough about the management and maintenance. They are friendly and professional.

I have been living here for almost 3 years now and I have never had an issue with these apartments at all they are a good start up apartments they are cheap all bills paid I absolutely love it here ….all the hype about them being bad was way before they weeded out the negative people … me and my disabled grandmother both live here and we haven’t had any issues

Black mold and roaches in the apartments, the owner lied saying the apartments are sprayed once every month. No maintenance men around it’s definitely not worth paying 625 a month, they should have done a complete rebuild before making them apartments, if you ask me it was just a money grab for easy money. Since I moved in 3 years ago I have NEVER seen any inspectors come to the apartment complex, because if they were to come that place would have BEEN CLOSED DOWN!!!

I've been here since April, 2024...my experiences with apartments all bills paid living in Tucson was quite nice...small town apartments can give one a place if peace and quiet, if you leave the fan going and always ask who's there before opening your door...times gave changed , people have changed...I pay $425 a month that's it..not bad for 750 sq. ft and good A/C & heat..this complex was built ,and don't quote me on this, around 1970 maybe earlier..it was built very strong and for the time quite classy...it needs only 4 simple things...btw it's had 4 maintenance men in a year ..I won't go into detail, but the lazy and immature nature was very obvious....you can't beat $625.00 for a two bed room/kitchen with all bills paid...people come and go, regardless of their cleanliness and lifestyl
