Great Place to Live! I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The management team is truly outstanding. Not only is the manager professional and helpful, but her assistant, Virginia, also deserves special recognition. She is always friendly, has a wonderful attitude, and is quick to assist with anything you need. The customer service here really makes a difference — they make you feel welcome and taken care of. I appreciate the support I’ve received during my stay and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I've been living at Naples 701 for over a year now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The office management team is friendly and helpful, the pools are always clean, and the gym is well-maintained. The apartments themselves are nice and comfortable, and the entire property is kept in great condition. Compared to other apartment communities I’ve lived in, Naples 701 stands out as one of the better ones. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it!

I have been here almost 5 years and the girls in the office are the nicest, most respectful team I've encountered yet. The office manager Tonia makes everyone feels welcome and always try her best to make everyone feel at home the minute you walk into the office. Keep up the good work ladies.

I want to give a huge thank you to Virginia Casillas and Toniaann White. Both of them were incredibly patient, helpful, and went above and beyond without expecting anything in return. You don’t meet people like that every day. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Good people deserve good karma, and they definitely earned it today.

I absolutely love the property manager Tonianne…. She is the best. Also, the pool is awesome and it’s heated so we can use it year-round. Great community great place to live. Close to everything.
