Leigh & Kate are awesome. Very attentive, quick to respond and provide excellent advice. I sold my home for a $55k profit after making some suggested improvements. Leigh also came and looked at my parents house so we could decide on the best option - sell their house or me sell mine and buy theirs. It was a difficult time - and she was always empathetic, kind but direct and objective in her responses. I will never use another real estate agent. Highly suggest!!

Leigh Hulcher and her team are miracle workers. I was looking for a moderately priced condo which is hard to find in this market. She went above and beyond to find the condo I would like and could afford. She gave me valuable insight into properties that would be difficulty reselling as well as locations that would be easy for me to enjoy. She even gave me tips on selling my condo. Leigh Hulcher and her team are amazing, their attention to detail, follow up, and overall home/building knowledge is what every buyer needs to ensure they are purchasing the right property. I am a builder/remodeler and what impresses me the most is her interaction with inspectors and ability to point out potential problems that most do not see. She just doesn't point out the shiny new granite and fancy bathrooms, she does her due diligence and gives you real information on the property. No high pressure sales, will work with you endlessly until you find the right property and help you make the best offer.
