Nantucket at Fannin Station Apartments

This apartment complex used to be nice, but ongoing management turnover has resulted in poor oversight and little accountability. While the lobby looks presentable, the rest of the building is consistently dirty. Upper-floor hallways are frequently littered with trash and animal feces. The trash room has been out of service for nearly a year, causing garbage to overflow into the hallways almost every weekend. Noise is also a serious issue—loud disturbances and couples frequently arguing and fighting in front of the leasing office in the middle of the night are common. Although maintenance attempts to keep the exterior clean, dog waste is widespread throughout the property, requiring residents to constantly watch where they step.

The 5 stars really go to Ali Acosta, the maintenance manager, and Corey. Ali incredibly takes care of the entire building, and he’s always very accommodating. For it to just be him, he gets to the request very fast. You can tell he really cares about making sure we’re satisfied. One of the best parts about living here has always been Corey. He’s always made me feel very welcomed and has made the entire moving process very easy. It was very disheartening finding out that Corey no longer works here. However, it made a lot of sense that all of a sudden I’m being charged for being “credited too much” on a rent special. I was initially under credited for a referral, it was rectified, and now months later this issue is resurfacing…I don’t have too many complaints with the apartment environment,

My experience here has been great the staff works hard to keep the grounds safe and clean!! There no bugs in my apartment or any crazy noises, everything is up to date and operating properly. The people in the office are very nice and most importantly they are understanding!! Elisa she is always welling to help, she’s great, always professional,Corey is also great as well. Overall this apartment is highly recommended!

Oh, I just had to check out an apartment last August and immediately fell in love with that breathtaking two-bedroom with a gorgeous balcony! So naturally, we hurriedly submitted our fees, eager to get approved, only to be crushed when they told us we were denied because, surprise surprise, we got approved somewhere else. Classic! Then I called the office to get my refund, because, you know, they charged me twice! who wouldn't want to give their money away? Elisa was gladly to help me out and was so stuned about the situation.. Turns out, my refund is apparently somewhere in the traffic because it wasn’t certified; so professional, right? Great place to live! The location is super convenient—close to the Med Center, downtown, and right by the light rail. The homes are spacious and well-designed, and the gated community feels safe and quiet. Since the new management and vendors came in, the upkeep has been amazing. You can really see the improvements around the property. 10/10 — management is helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!
