First time home buyer here so I was new to this whole process. I started out with a different lender who didnt make me feel comfortable. She always called me with updates and was more than happy to take my calls any day or time. I had a lot of questions and concerns and she was always kind, helpful, and put me at ease. She was the absolute best part of my home buying progress. My lending team was able to close my mortgage on very short notice and keep me in the loop each step of the way.
