Nancy Caggia was and is AMAZING! I currently live in Europe and had rented out my house for several years. I decided to sell it and based on a glowing recommendation from a close friend I engaged Nancy to be my realtor. Nancy wanted to start showing the house before Mother’s Day. The time the tenants had vacated my house to when Nancy wanted to start showing the house was 9 days. Because I was out of town Nancy took on the added role of “Homeowner.” During this short period of time the grounds were landscaped, the interior of the house painted, the garage door was replaced, the carpets and the house were cleaned and the house was pre-inspected and repaired where needed.
