I don’t know what the bad reviews are about. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. However, I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff was so down to earth, and very professional. Thank you.This is definitely a step up to where I live now so I’m not complaining at all. Don’t let one bad day, person, or altercation change your impression on the whole company or apartment. It’s hypocritical to think a whole company or group is bad because of one person. First impressions do counts, but that doesn’t tell the whole story.

I have lived in this apartment building for over 5 years. It’s disgusting. They have one poor guy on the maintenance team trying his best to keep up with this location. But it’s all gross. Nothing is kept up. People leave trash everywhere. All the carpets are stained with trash-juice from where their trash has leaked. There are bug and rodent problems. People leave trash and cigarette butts in the hallways and stairwells. The elevators do not work half of the time, the parking garage gate has been broken for days. It’s honestly horrific. Dramatic, I know. The issue is, this could be such a nice property. And I wish it was. However, it is not, and I DO NOT FEEL SAFE, and YOU SHOULD NOT MOVE HERE.

I wanted to come on here and say maintenance and the leasing office are very kind and quick to help solve issues!! I’ve had a few maintenance problems and they’re always very helpful and expedient, often coming the very next day to help. Edwin specifically, one of the maintenance men who normally helps me, is always very friendly and I can tell he cares about this community. I am truly happy to live here and thankful for our leasing office and maintenance!
